MMC 879 CD vessel is designed to meet highest operation demands with the most cost efficient solutions by diesel electric powered propulsion. The vessel will be equipped with Diesel – Electric propulsion system allowing most cost efficient exploatation, reduction of fuel consumption and lower emission of NOx and SOx to the atmosphere. The vessel is to be equipped with four Generating Sets, each of 1700 eKw / 690 VAC. Working deck of 815 m2 will enable to carry high-volume goods. The vessel will be equipped with dynamic positioning system Class 2 and fitted to operations in world - wide sea areas, in each weather conditions. The vessel is built according to the project MMC 879 CD of MMC Ship Design & Marine Consulting Ltd / Poland.
