Designed by Fontaine Design Group with graceful overhangs and sweeping sheerline, 98-foot (29.9 meter) Windcrest was designed for coastal cruising and offshore passages. Her impressive performance on the water is supported by a generous sail plan and one-touch sail control that includes in-boom furling. The exquisitely laid teak deck is enhanced by custom designed stainless steel and hydraulic winches. While traditional in appearance, Windcrest is a sophisticated 21st century vessel.

Easy Access to Small Coves

Wanting a boat that could easily cruise New England’s coast, one of the requirements from Windcrest’s owners was that the boat be kept under 100-feet. Since the pilothouse provides plenty of room, the main salon was kept relatively small – yet still easily able to accommodate six or more – to save space.

Traditional, Lavish Interior

Furniture panels are made of a flame crotch veneers and bulkhead panels are a flat-sawn cherry. Leather and fabrics complement the natural woods and selected upper panels are painted off-white. The entire interior was built by Hodgdon Interiors, the company’s division building interiors for Hodgdon and other shipyards around the world.

Guest Accommodations

There’s ample room for six guests in all of the living areas. The two mirror image guest cabins feature twin berths and ensuite heads. Interior joinery hides complex hydraulic, electrical, water, mechanical, communications, and ventilation systems all of which were engineered and installed by Hodgdon.
