This yacht was designed by the well-known Finnish yacht designer Guy Christer Lönngren.

The Ridas 35 aims to be a comfortable cruiser, with enough room for six and a number of storage areas of different sizes.

The hull is vacuum-resin-infused. The areas around the keel, engine, helm and seacocks are fully laminated. The keel is supported by a galvanized steel frame molded to the full laminated bottom , which provides extraordinary strength to the entire keel structure. The outer skin is molded from isophtal acid resin for the best level of resistance to temperature and water.

The deck is vacuum-resin-infused and all high loaded areas of the deck are also fully laminated.

The unique and very spacious Y-shaped cockpit makes this a comfortable place to be and sail. Family yachters should note that the genoa winches can be placed next to the helm,, allowing the helmsman to trim the jibs himself.
